Ceiling high glass doors reveal 800 wines from the best appellations and vintages from all over the world. 50 out this selection can be enjoyed by the glass. To the collection’s rarities count up Rothschild wines from the 1950’s until 2000 and 35 different vintages of Vega Sicilia Unico.
The interior design of Es Vi resemblances an elegant Bodega and encloses a tasteful wine selection served with culinary delights. The chef Catalina Pieras prepares the latter in form of noble tapas such as grilled Pilgrim Scallops with citrus fruits and Campari or Duck’s liver with spring leek and honey sauce.
Our restaurant will be closed from November 3 until December 23, 2008 and from January 5 until March 10, 2009.
